You eat ordinary everyday healthy foods that are readily available at your local supermarket and you have access to our famous Recipe group, where our LTLA Chefs share their delicious program friendly recipes.

The short answer is NO. We encourage movement, however not full on exercise. Low intensity exercise such as walking,
Pilates, yoga and light weights is fine to do whilst on the program, however we recommend avoiding high intensity exercise
such as weight or HIIT sessions.

It also includes a FREE 12 week home exercise program.
Yes you can, we modify the program to suit the stage you are at with breastfeeding. Just let your mentor know how often you are breastfeeding and how old your baby is.

No, you only pay as you go. The costs shown are for the first 30 days of the program. That covers Phase 1 and Phase 2. Assuming you have reached your goal weight after the first 30 days (most people lose between 6 and 16 kgs) you go on to
Phase 3.
This is where you 'Lock-in' your new lowered Body Weight Set Point, so the weight loss is sustainable long term. Phase 3
products are slightly different from Phase 1 and 2.
We have a 'Subscribe and Save' system that allows you to get 30% off your Phase 3 products.
This can be cancelled at any time at no cost so you are never locked in to anything long term.
Can I still drink coffee?
Yes, yes and YES! We understand how important that daily coffee is to most people and how the thought of giving that up could be enough to stop some people going ahead.
We do make recommendations on the numbers of coffees per day and certain milk types depending on what phase of the
program you are on.
